Privacy Notice

Private Beta Draft — This notice is provided for the Listedify private beta and may be updated before broader or paid release. It is not a finalized legal policy.

Scope

This privacy notice applies to the Listedify application at listedify.onrender.com (and later at the approved application domain). It is separate from the marketing-site privacy policy at www.listedify.com.

Information you provide

The application may store information you enter or generate, including:

• your account email and account status;
• property addresses and property characteristics;
• listing preferences and user-entered notes;
• generated listing copy;
• saved drafts and prior generation information;
• support messages you choose to send us.

Automatically recorded operational information

To operate and secure the service, the application may retain limited operational information such as:

• login and request timestamps;
• provider-call status and timing;
• usage counts;
• error and diagnostic identifiers;
• security and audit information.

Retention

For the private beta, the application applies these owner-approved retention periods to data it controls:

• Routine operational records (diagnostic logs, provider-call status/timing, usage counts, request/correlation identifiers) are kept for about 30 days.
• Security and audit records (such as account creation, status changes, and access events) are kept for about 90 days.
• Your account content (account details, properties, drafts, preferences, generated listing copy, and version history) is retained while your account and property remain active, until you delete the property or request account/data deletion.

To request deletion, email support@listedify.com. Deleting a property currently removes it from your view and hides it from the application; permanent purge of stored content and the matching account-deletion workflow are still being implemented, so during the private beta we do not promise a fixed deletion deadline and automatic time-based purging is not yet enforced. These periods apply only to data the Listedify application controls — they do not govern records held by third-party providers or our support mailbox.

Service providers

Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate Listedify, which may include:

• cloud hosting and database providers;
• AI-generation providers;
• property-data providers;
• mapping/address providers;
• email-delivery providers.

AI processing

To generate listing copy, property information and your instructions may be sent to an AI provider. Please do not submit confidential personal information that is unrelated to the property-listing task.
