Private Beta Draft — These terms apply to the Listedify private beta and may be replaced or updated before broader or paid release. They are not final paid-launch terms.

Private-beta access

• access is limited and may be suspended or withdrawn;
• accounts must not be shared without permission;
• you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Permitted use

• Listedify is intended to assist with real-estate listing and marketing copy;
• you must use it lawfully;
• you must not attempt unauthorized access, abuse provider-backed features, or interfere with the service.

Your responsibility for content

• generated content is a draft;
• you must review and approve it before publication;
• you are responsible for factual accuracy;
• you must verify property facts, measurements, amenities, school claims, neighborhood claims, pricing claims, and other material statements;
• you remain responsible for compliance with MLS, brokerage, advertising, fair-housing, licensing, and other applicable requirements.

AI limitations

AI-generated text may contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable wording and must not be published without human review.

Availability

Private-beta availability is not guaranteed, and features may change.

Billing

This document applies to private-beta access. Separate subscription, cancellation, and refund terms will be introduced before any paid plans launch.
